Every family's experience with dementia looks a little different, so support should too. Whether you need a place to start, hands-on help staying connected day to day, or a plan built specifically around your loved one, Together Still meets you where you are, from one-time sessions to ongoing coaching to tools you can use on your own. Sessions are available in-home throughout the DMV, or virtually anywhere.

New Diagnosis: Now What?

A gentle, practical session for families who just received a dementia diagnosis, covering what to expect, how to start talking about it, and the first steps toward staying connected as things change.
The Personalized Connection Plan

A custom, written plan built around your loved one's specific interests, abilities, and personality. Starts with an in-depth assessment, followed by a plan covering activities, communication tips, and a simple weekly rhythm, with a follow-up check-in to help you stay connected as things change.
Talking to Your Loved One: Communicating with Confidence

A practical session on simple, validation-based communication techniques that ease everyday conversations, reduce frustration on both sides, and open up more moments of real connection.
Caregiver and Family Coaching

Do you have a holiday or event coming up, and are unsure how to meaningfully incorporate your loved one? A Specific challenge or question? Need some extra support through challenging emotional and practical situations?
Sometimes you don’t need a long-term program—you just need someone who understands the situation and can help you figure out what to do next.
Sessions are personalized to your family and the situation you’re facing. Come with one specific question or a whole list of things you’re struggling with. We’ll focus on what would be most helpful to you right now.
Home Safety & Comfort Assessment

A hands-on, room-by-room home visit to spot safety risks and simple adjustments that make daily life calmer, safer, and more comfortable for someone living with dementia.
Learn-Along Activity Session
Starting at $100
I bring an activity, painting, cooking, floral arranging, or a cognitive game, and lead it together with you and your loved one. Along the way, I'll coach you through communication techniques and simple adjustments, so you leave able to run it yourself next time.
Just-for-Them Activity Session
Starting at $75
A hands-on, in-home session where I lead an activity (painting, cooking, floral arranging, a cognitive game, and similar) directly with your loved one. No coaching, no debrief, just quality time and engagement for them, and a bit of a breather for you.
