Just-for-Them Activities Session

from $75.00

A hands-on, in-home session where I lead an activity, painting, cooking, floral arranging, a cognitive game, and similar, directly with your loved one.

No coaching, no debrief, just quality time and engagement for them, and a bit of a breather for you. This is a chance to step away, knowing your loved one is spending that time doing something enjoyable and meaningful with someone who knows how to meet them where they are.

What's included:

  • A one-on-one activity led directly with your loved one (painting, cooking, floral arranging, a cognitive game, or similar)

  • All materials and setup brought and handled for you

  • An approach matched to their interests and current abilities

  • Time for you to step away, rest, or take care of something else

  • a quick debrief to let you know how the session went

You'll leave with:

  • A break, however short, without worrying about how your loved one is spending it

  • Peace of mind that they had genuine, engaged company during that time

  • A little breathing room in a day that doesn't always offer much

Caregivers are required to remain in the home during all sessions.
